THE SPRINGLET
RECIPE
40ml Green Tea Infused Reyka Vodka
15ml Wild Nettle Cordial
10ml Fino Sherry
1 drop Moss Essence (optional)
5 drops Orange Wine Oil (optional)
Infuse 50ml of Reyka Vodka with 0.5 grams of cold Green Tea for six hours.
Stir all the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a coupette glass to serve.
