Aerstone

Single Malt. Two Choices. 

Aerstone is a straight talking Single Malt, cutting through the clutter of the category to give you a simple choice: Smooth or Smoky? 

Sea Cask is smooth. It’s a classic Speyside-style Single Malt. 

Land Cask is smoky. It’s a peated Single Malt. 

Both are aged for 10 years in our warehouses in Ayrshire under the watchful eye of our Master Blender, Brian Kinsman

Ailsa Bay

Ailsa Bay is a unique, sweet, smoke single malt peated whisky from one of the most technologically advanced distilleries in the world.

It is inspired by the creativity of science and disrupts the traditional whisky industry.

We micro control our SPPM (sweet parts per million) and PPPM (peat parts per million) levels to deliver a precision distilled, perfectly balanced peated Single Malt.

Ailsa Bay 2.1 has the beautifully balanced flavour of peat and rich vanilla oakiness, meandering between smoke, fruit and creamy toffee.

Discarded

Discarded Spirits Co. is a brand committed to reusing ingredients that would be wasted to create a range of spirits with purpose.

In everything we do, we seek to champion the Discarded.

Our original Discarded is a sweet vermouth infused with cascara, the discarded fruit of the coffee berry left over from coffee production.

We’re now building on our sustainability portfolio with Discarded Banana Peel Rum.

This innovative spirit pairs Caribbean rum used to prepare empty whisky casks for final maturation with banana peels destined for the bin.

Verano

Verano, which means summer in Spanish, is a colourful flavoured gin inspired by sunny Spain and made with Spanish fruits.

This handcrafted small batch gin is a new accessible premium gin.

Verano brings Spanish colour, informality and sociability into the more traditional gin category.  

Verano is available in two delicious fruity flavours: Verano Watermelon and Verano Lemon.

Atopia

Atopia is a special liquid that uses our distilling and blending expertise to create a new generation of spirits that are an alternative to alcoholic drinks.

Made from natural distillates, extracts and flavours, it is our first ultra-low alcohol spirit and replicates the experience of a premium gin, but with less alcohol. 

Inspired by the more mindful, lifestyle choices of today's consumer, Atopia comes in two perfectly balanced flavours: Spiced Citrus and Wild Blossom.

Fistful of Bourbon

Fistful of Bourbon is the first American Whiskey brand we have created.

We have been blending award-winning whisky for generations.

Now, we are going all in on bourbon – sourcing and blending five straight whiskies to create a big, balanced bourbon that stands apart from everything else.
