A new zest for life

Caitlin McAvoy joined us on a temporary contract almost three years ago after dropping out of college and not really knowing what she wanted to do in life.

Now she’s an Operational Quality Senior Technician at our luxury site in Scotland and says no two days are ever the same – and she loves it!

Thriving on solving problems

“One day you can be working steadily on a project for the future and another you can have challenges that arise across all four production lines. I thrive on working out how to fix them."

Caitlin’s gained and developed many new skills since she joined us. They include learning new technical skills, controlling the day-to-day running of several different production lines, and learning about the importance of quality audits.

Working for the future

And she’s keen to learn even more and create her own legacy here.

“I’d like to learn more about the business and maybe move to a different department to learn more and take everything I’ve learned with me.

“I’d like to see that the things I’m doing now will help lay a solid foundation for us to continue growing our luxury products here.”
